The Evenfields Black Talent Awards exists to recognise and celebrate the outstanding performance and achievements of Black professionals across the UK, including both employees and employers.
The black tie ceremony will be held on 28th September 2023 at Birmingham's luxurious Edgbaston Stadium, one of the UK’s leading sporting venues. You can find more info on our upcoming event or see some highlights from last year's ceremony below.
We don’t apologise for focusing on Black talent.
Statistics show that 41.6% of young black adults are unemployed, compared to 12.4% of their White counterparts. Black talent is underrepresented in all sectors across the UK. The Evenfields Black Talent Awards want to highlight and celebrate those who are thriving against the odds, and those who are helping them.
WHO ARE WE?
Since 2019, the Evenfields organisation has been promoting diversity-based recruitment in order to help under-represented minority groups at the grassroots, especially black and ethnic minorities.
The Evenfields tree represents the need for strong roots from which Black talent can flourish. Want to know how you can help? Get in touch.
