The 2024 Evenfields Black Talent Awards will be held on 4th October at Birmingham's famous ICC, an award-winning conference, events, and meeting venue. Their dedicated, passionate, and experienced events team are working hard to make the BTA's 2024 an unforgettable experience.

Marverine Cole

Marverine Cole | Host

Marverine Cole is a multi-award-winning journalist and broadcaster from Birmingham.

Her media and journalism career spans more than 30 years, as a Reporter, Producer and News Anchor for many of the UK’s most watched and listened to broadcasters, including Sky News, 5 News, BBC 5 Live and BBC Radio 4.

Aurie Styla is an award-winning comedian, actor and writer from London. Aurie has strongly established himself as a powerhouse of presence & humor, making him one of the most charismatic & versatile performers in the UK. His most recent comedy special ‘GREEN’ was critically acclaimed, and won the Spirit of the (Edinburgh) Fringe Award for 2022.

DJ Mexy

DJ Mexy | After-party Set

Mexy is an international DJ who brings contemporary culture and style to the scene and makes music according to what the audience wants to hear.

Mexy is also an entertainer and event’s organiser for over 15 years. His drive to succeed along with his passion for music has seen Mexy’s reputation exceed him. Mexy has DJ’d for artists such as, Koffee, Chronixx, Super Cat, Stylo G and Giggs.

Attire

The ceremony is a black tie event.
