Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.blacktalentawards.co.uk tickets website (the “Service”) operated by Evenfields Careers Group (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
In order to be eligible for these awards, nominees must be UK citizens (or right to work in the UK) of Caribbean or African heritage, or multi-racial Caribbean or African and employed part-time or full-time, either on a permanent basis or under a Fixed Term Contract within IR35.
In order to be eligible for these awards, organisations (or teams) must have a permanent office in the UK.
The Black Talent Awards reserve the right to refuse entry from any nomination, for any given reason.
The Black Talent Awards reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Awards or any feature thereof with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud.
We reserve the right to remove entries and shortlisted nominees for any reason and without notice. All shortlisted entrants, finalists, and winners will be notified by email.
The Black Talent Awards reserve the right to not consider any nominations received from individuals who do not meet the outlined criteria or whereby there is not enough supporting information within the initial nomination for the judges to make an informed decision about their achievements.
Details enclosed within individual nominations can be viewed by The Nominee, The Black Talent Awards Team and the Judging Panel only.
The Black Talent Awards Team will not divulge any information relating to the nominator to either the individual nominated or any other party without first obtaining the nominator's permission.
The Black Talent Awards will not share the nomination details with any other third party. We do obtain the right, however, to share award winners’ email addresses with the individual category sponsors and/or supporting media.
Entrants for The Black Talent Awards may be required to participate in press-related activities. Please note: The Black Talent Awards will check with each individual that they are willing to participate prior to sharing their details with any press, however, The Black Talent Awards cannot be held accountable for any press/journalists who seek out nominee details of their own accord.
Should any nominee wish to be withdrawn from the nomination process, they are able to do so at any time. Notification must be received in writing by e-mail or post.
Anyone found to be behaving in a manner that is deemed detrimental to other guests at The Black Talent Awards ceremony will be immediately escorted off-site, nomination withdrawn and disqualification will be applied from re-entering future awards.
By virtue of accepting your nomination, you confirm that you are eligible to attend The Black Talent Awards ceremony.
The Black Talent Awards reserve the right to charge a 25% administration fee for any tickets/tables reserved on behalf of a shortlisted nominee, which is then cancelled more than 7 days later.
By virtue of accepting your nomination and by confirming your attendance at the ceremony you irrevocably consent to having the use of your image on any marketing material created by The Black Talent Awards.
Nominations for The Black Talent Awards close on May 31st 2023. Any nominations cast after this date will not be considered.
The Black Talent Awards are not liable for public votes submitted for Nominees.
The Black Talent Awards reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
